Our standard homes include a 9’ basement, 92% eff. Heating and cooling, argon gas filled windows, lifetime warranty siding, 30 year shingles, 2x6 construction, R19-R23 sidewall insulation, R49 attic insulation, above energy star rated, solid hardwood cabinets, tiled bathroom floors, steel basement beams, energy heel trusses that allow 8 to 12 inches of insulation above each exterior wall for distinctly lower heating and cooling bills, 10 year warranty.
